2 Kulchas
4 tbsp Rajma (60g,, mashed)
Green Bell Pepper (1/4, sliced & chopped)
Red Bell Pepper (1/4, sliced & chopped)
Yellow Bell Pepper (1/4, sliced & chopped)
Carrot (1 small, grated)
Cabbage (1/4, shredded)
4 tsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise for Burger
1 tsp Butter




In a mixing bowl add the leftover rajma, bell peppers,carrot, cabbage and 2 tbsp mayonnaise. Mix well.


Spread remaining mayo on both the kulchas. Place above filling on one of the kulchas and top it up with the other respectively.


Heat a pan (medium flame) and pan fry the kulcha from both sides. Cut and serve hot.
