|4 tbsp||Rajma (60g,, mashed)|
|Green Bell Pepper (1/4, sliced & chopped)|
|Red Bell Pepper (1/4, sliced & chopped)|
|Yellow Bell Pepper (1/4, sliced & chopped)|
|Carrot (1 small, grated)|
|Cabbage (1/4, shredded)|
|4 tsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise for Burger|
In a mixing bowl add the leftover rajma, bell peppers,carrot, cabbage and 2 tbsp mayonnaise. Mix well.
Spread remaining mayo on both the kulchas. Place above filling on one of the kulchas and top it up with the other respectively.
Heat a pan (medium flame) and pan fry the kulcha from both sides. Cut and serve hot.
