|Tomato (1 small, chopped)|
|2 - 3||Spring Onions (greens, chopped)|

|5 - 6||Green Chillies|
|5 - 8 Pieces||Garlic Cloves|
|50 g||Cheese (grated)|
|4 tsp||Olive Oil|
|7 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Green Mint|
|Black Pepper Powder|
In a jar grind together 2-3 green chillies, garlic, peanuts, salt into a coarse paste.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and ground chilli paste. Saute for 1 -2 minutes and take it out in a bowl. Add 2 tsp of thecha to 3 tbsp of mint mayonnaise. Mix well.
Take a mixing bowl and add spring onions, tomato, coriander, remaining green chillies and cheese. Mix well..
Heat remaining oil in a pan (medium flame). Warm chapatti from both sides, place above stuffing over the chapatti, add remaining mayonnaise and fold over the chapatti.Heat it for about a minute till it gets slightly crispy.
Serve Quesadilla with thecha Mayonnaise
