Ingredients:

300 ml Full Cream Milk
100 g sago (Sabudana)
0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
0.5 tsp Vanilla Pod (essence)
100 g Sugar
3 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Veg
3 tsp Berry Compote
3 tsp Berry Compote
100 g Apple (1 quantity)
about 5 - 10 g Mint Leaves

Heat the whole milk in a pan, let it simmer

Add the soaked sago to the pan

Season with ½ tsp cinnamon powder & ½ tsp of fresh vanilla pod

Keep stirring till the mixture is thickened

Now add 100 gms sugar, continue stirring

Add 3tbsp of Mayonnaise Veg, stir well & cook till mixture is thickened & creamy

Serve with berry compote & garnish apple slices & mint
