Ingredients:

| 120 g | Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Original (8tbsp.) |
| Iceberg Lettuce (2 leaves) | |
| Onion (1 small, sliced) | |
| Red Bell Pepper (1/2, sliced) | |
| Yellow Bell Pepper (1/2, sliced) | |
| Tomato (1 small, sliced) | |
| Cucumber (1 small, sliced) |

Preparation
On a bread slice spread 2tbsp. mayonnaise, place 1 lettuce leaf, 2 onion slices, 2 bell peppers (red and yellow) slices and club with another bread slice
Spread 2tbsp. mayonnaise on top of second layer of bread slice, place 3 cucumber slices, 3 tomato slices and club with another bread slice.
Cut sandwich diagonally in two triangles. Serve.
Repeat from step 1 for another sandwich.
