6 Slices White Bread
120 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Veg (8tbsp.)
Iceberg Lettuce (2 leaves)
1 Onion (small, sliced)
0.5 Red Bell Peppers (sliced)
0.5 Yellow Bell Peppers (sliced)
1 Tomato (small, sliced)
0.25 Cucumber (sliced)

On bread slice spread 2tbsp. mayonnaise, place 1 lettuce leaf, 2 onion slices, 2 capsicum (red and yellow) slices and club with another bread slice

Spread 2tbsp. mayonnaise on top of second layer of bread slice, place 3 cucumber slices, 3 tomato slices and club with another bread slice.

Cut sandwich diagonally in two triangles. Serve.

Repeat from step 1 for another sandwich.
