6 Slices White Bread
120 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Original (8tbsp.)
Iceberg Lettuce (2 leaves)
Onion (1 small, sliced)
Red Bell Pepper (1/2, sliced)
Yellow Bell Pepper (1/2, sliced)
Tomato (1 small, sliced)
Cucumber (1 small, sliced)




On a bread slice spread 2tbsp. mayonnaise, place 1 lettuce leaf, 2 onion slices, 2 bell peppers (red and yellow) slices and club with another bread slice


Spread 2tbsp. mayonnaise on top of second layer of bread slice, place 3 cucumber slices, 3 tomato slices and club with another bread slice.


Cut sandwich diagonally in two triangles. Serve.


Repeat from step 1 for another sandwich.
