for the recipe Spaghetti with Pesto Verde
|180 g||Spaghetti (boiled as per pack instructions)|
|105 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Pesto Verde Pasta Sauce (7tbsp.)|
|30 g||Parmesan Cheese (2tbsp.)|
|5 g||Basil (4-5 leaves, chopped)|
In a bowl add freshly boiled spaghetti and pesto verde pasta sauce. Stir well.
Garnish with parmesan cheese and basil leaves. Serve.
Wash, peel and cut 100g potatoes into slices and add 1tsp. salt, black pepper powder and 1tbsp. olive oil, stir well. Shallow fry the potatoes in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes or until they turn slightly brown. Remove from heat and add them to the bowl with spaghetti and pesto verde sauce. Continue with step 2.
For variety use Dr. Oetker Funfoods Pesto Rosso in place of Pesto Verde in the recipe.
