|70 g||Carrot (1 small, boiled & sliced)|
|30 g||Mushrooms (3 medium, sliced)|
|35 g||Ridge Gourd (Turai) (1/2 small, boiled & chopped)|
|30 g||Corns (boiled)|
|30 g||French Beans (boiled & chopped)|
|2.5 g||Salt (1/2tsp.)|
|2.5 g||Black Pepper Powder (1/2tsp.)|
|70 g||Onions (1 small, chopped)|
|5 g||Garlic (2 cloves, chopped)|
|15 ml||Olive Oil (1tbsp.)|
|40 g||Cheese (grated)|
|100 ml||Full Cream Milk|
|45 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Veg (3tbsp.)|
|5 g||Dried Oregano (1tsp.)|
In a bowl add mozzarella cheese and milk. Whisk well until cheese dissolves completely. Add veg mayonnaise, oregano, salt and black pepper. Whisk again to make a smooth and thick sauce.
Heat oil in non-stick pan. Add onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes or until slightly brown in colour. Add mushrooms, ridge gourd, corn and beans. Stir and cook again for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper. Add white sauce, mix well and serve hot.
