20 - 25 g | Tomatoes (sliced) |
20 - 25 g | Cucumber (sliced) |
0.5 tsp | Black Pepper Powder |

2 Portion | Cheese Slices |
1 tbsp | Butter |
1 tbsp | Olive Oil |
1 tsp | Tomato Ketchup |
1 | Beetroot Slices (few) |

1 tbsp | Dr. Oetker FunFoods Traditional English Mustard |

Take the soaked soya granules in a mixing bowl, add the chopped onions, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper & 1 tsp chopped green chilli. Mix and microwave it for about a minute. After a minute remove and add 3 tbsp of mint mayonnaise, mix it well.
Take the 4 slices of bread, spread the remaining mint mayonnaise on it, place the slices of tomato, cucumber and season with some crushed black pepper. Add a few onion rings if preferred. Top it with a cheese slice. Now use the vegetable soya filling in the sandwiches and ready to grill.
Put a pan to flame, add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil, grill the sandwiches evenly on both sides crispy brown. Use a piping bag for ketchup and garnish the sandwich.
For accompaniment, on the same pan add a few beetroot slices, onion rings, 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp mustard sauce and stirs and heat for a minute or two creating a mustard pickle. Serve alongside the sandwich as suggested.
Garnish with mint mayonnaise, shredded lettuce & crushed black pepper
