|2 tbsp||Soya Granules (30g, soaked)|
|Onion ( 1 small, chopped)|
|Green Bell Pepper (1/4, chopped)|
|Yellow Bell Pepper (1/4, chopped)|
|Red Bell Pepper (1/4, chopped)|
|1 - 2||Green Chillies (chopped)|
|6 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Green Mint|
|Tomatoes (1 small, sliced)|
|Cucumber (1 smal, sliced)|
|Black Pepper Powder|
|1 tbsp||Olive Oil|
|1 tsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Traditional English Mustard|
In a mixing bowl, add soya granules, onion, bell peppers and green chilli. Mix well and microwave it for about a minute. After a minute remove and add 3 tbsp of mint mayonnaise, mix well.
Take 4 slices of bread, spread the remaining mint mayonnaise on it. On 2 slices of bread place tomato slices, cucumber slices, cheese slices, season with black pepper and spread the soya filling on top of it. Cover each sandwich with remaining 2 bread slices.
Put a pan to flame, add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil, grill the sandwiches evenly on both sides until light brown.
Serve above sandwiches with mustard sauce.
