
Heat oil in a pan (medium flame) add carrot, green peas and salt. Sauté vegetables for a minute.
Add water, seasoning and noodles to above vegetables and stir. Cook noodles for a minute, add 30 g (2 tbsp) Veg Mayonnaise Original and stir well. Let it cook for 1 minute or until noodles are fully cooked.
Spread remaining mayonnaise on bread slices and top it up with creamy noodles. Serve.
