50 g Chickpeas (boiled)

Black Pepper Powder
60 g Dr.Oetker FunFoods Vegan Mayonnaise Plant Base (4 tbsp)

In a bowl alternatively place quinoa, followed by tomatoes, broccoli florets, lettuce leaves, red radish, avocado and chickpeas. Season veggies with salt and pepper. Drizzle mayonnaise and serve.
