Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix bake mix, melted butter, milk, water and sugar until batter is smooth.
Coat raisins and tutti frutti lightly in flour and add them to the batter. Stir briefly.
Grease and flour a 7inch dia. baking pan and pour the batter in.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean. Cut and serve.
