Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix bake mix, melted butter, milk, water and sugar until batter is smooth.

Grease and flour a 7inch dia. baking pan and pour batter in.

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean.
Tips
Tip: Sieve 4tbsp. apricot jam with a spoon in a pan. Bring to boil with 2tbsp. water. After baking, spread it over the cake while still warm.
