Preheat oven to 180°C. Spread white sauce on pizza base. Sprinkle cheese, top it up with garlic cloves and rosemary leaves.

Bake for 10- 12 minutes or until cheese melts and pizza bases turns light brown.

In a bowl, toss rocket lettuce, cherry tomato with olive oil and salt. Place salad in center of pizza and serve.
