
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cut two-third apples in thin slices and mix with lime juice. Cut remaining apples into cubes.
Mix bake mix, melted butter, milk, water and apple cubes until batter is smooth.
Grease & flour a 7inch dia. round baking pan and pour batter in. Put apple slices in fan shape on the batter.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean.
After baking, brush cake sparingly with melted butter and sprinkle sugar granules.
