Heat a pan(medium flame), add butter and toast the bread slices from one side properly.

Remove the bread slices and apply cheese & chilli spread on the toasted side and top it up with sweet corn kernels.

Put the bread back in the pan (on the non-toasted side) then cover and let it cook on medium heat until cheese has melted.

Remove from pan, cut in triangles and serve warm.
