
In a bowl add paneer, green chilli, onion, capsicum, mayonnaise, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well until mixture is smooth.
Heat a pan(medium flame), add butter and toast the bread slices from one side properly.
Remove the bread slices and apply the tandoori paneer mixture on the toasted side. Top both bread slices with cheese.
Put the bread back in the pan on the non-toasted side then cover and let it cook on medium heat until the cheese has melted.
Remove and cut in triangles and serve warm
