Heat oil in a pan, add mushrooms and saute for 2-3 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper.

Once cooked take it out in a bowl. Spread cheese and chilli spread on a bread slice, top it up wth mushrooms and cover it with the other bread slice.

Heat butter in a pan and pan fry sandwich from both sides, until light brown. Cut and serve.
