1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once it starts to crackle add onion, capsicum, tomato and idlies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes and add chilli powder and sambhar masala powder.
1. Stir well. Take the pan away from flame and mayonnaise and water. Stir well, Let it cook for a minute or until sauce coats idly. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
