How to Prepare:
Heat oil in a non-stick pan add garlic, chickpeas, red chilli powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Sauté chickpeas for 1-2 minutes and keep it aside
In a bowl add above sautéed chickpeas and garlic mayonnaise. Mix well.
Heat non- stick pan (medium flame) and warm tortilla from both sides.
For Assembling- Spread remaining mayonnaise on the center of the tortilla, top it up with above stuffing, followed by onion, tomato and cucumber. Roll it like a wrap and cut it from center. Serve.
