How to Prepare:

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry potato until light golden brown.

In a bowl add fried potato, onion, capsicum, tomato, coriander leaves, salt and tandoori mayonnaise. Mix well

Heat a non-stick pan (slow flame) and warm paratha. For Assembling- Place above mixture in center of paratha and roll it up. Serve
