In a bowl add paneer, coriander leaves and 2 tbsp tandoori mayonnaise. Mix well.

Spread remaining mayonnaise on the tortilla. Place paneer filling in the center of the tortilla, top it up with onion rings and roll it like a wrap.

Heat butter in a pan and pan fry roll from both sides until crispy. Cut and serve.
