½ medium Green Capsicum (de-seeded and diced)

For Stuffing- In a bowl add potato, onion, tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves, salt and 3 tbsp mayonnaise. Mix well.

Heat non- stick pan (medium flame) and warm tortilla from both sides.

For Assembling- Spread remaining mayonnaise on the center of the tortilla and top it up with above stuffing. Roll it like a wrap, cut it from center and serve.
