
Boil water, add salt, cook pasta in it (8-9 min.) or as directed on pack. Drain water.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves and carrot. Sauté it for 30 seconds, add lamb mince, salt and pepper.
Mash the meat into crumbles and stir occasionally for about 6 to 8 minutes or until completely browned. Add red sauce, stir an add boiled spaghetti.
Toss pasta, garnish it with basil leaf and serve.
