Heat oil in a pan, add mushrooms, spinach and salt. Sauté spinach for 2-3 minutes or until water from spinach dries out.

To above sautéed spinach add pink sauce and rigatoni pasta. Stir and toss well.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta and serve hot.
