A simple Veggie Burger recipe with creamy mayonnaise

How to Prepare
For Aloo-Tikki
Potatoes (2 medium, boiled, peeled &mashed)

Cornflour (1tbsp.)
Salt
Black Pepper Powder

Bread Crumbs (1tbsp.)

Vegetable Oil
For Burger

Onions (sliced)
1 Piece
Tomatoes (sliced)

Preparation
In a bowl add potato, cornflour, salt, black pepper, garam masala, bread crumbs and mix well. Make two tikkis of equal portion.

In a kadhai heat oil and deep fry aloo tikkis until they are golden brown. Keep them on absorbent paper/tissue for 5 minutes to soak off excess oil.

Cut the buns horizontally into two halves. Spread 1/2 tbsp. burger mayonnaise on each half.

Now place sliced onions and tomatoes followed by aloo tikkis on the bun base. Finally cover the burgers with the top half of the buns. Serve hot.
