Chickpea Salad

for the recipe Chickpea Salad


100 g Chickpeas (boiled)
1 tbsp Lime Juice (15ml)
80 g Cucumber (1 small, peeled and diced)
35 g Green Bell Peppers (1/2 small, diced)
35 g Tomatoes (1/2 small, diced)
0.5 tsp Salt (2.5g)
0.5 tsp Black Pepper Powder (2.5g)
4 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Veg (60g)
2 tsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Garlic Chilli Dip (10g)
5 g Coriander Leaves (5-6 leaves)




In a bowl add cucumber, capsicum, tomatoes, chickpeas, salt, black pepper powder, veg mayonnaise and garlic chilli dip. Mix well.


Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve cold.
