|250 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Eggless Bake Mix 11 Cakes|
|75 ml||Full Cream Milk|
|2 tbsp||Powdered Sugar (30g)|
|2 tbsp||Cocoa Powder (30g)|
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Mix bake mix, melted butter, milk, water, sugar and cocoa powder until batter is smooth.
Grease and flour a 7inch dia. round baking pan and pour batter in.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean.
Variant (Choco-Nut Cake): In step 2, also add 30g (11 pieces) finely chopped walnuts, 30g (23 pieces) coarsely chopped almonds and 30g (2 tbsp.) washed, drained raisins coated with flour and mix lightly into batter. Decorate with flaked almonds.
