Boil water, add salt, cook penne pasta in it (8-9 min.) or as directed on pack. Drain water.

Heat oil in a pan(medium flame), add garlic cloves and chilli flakes. Cook it for 30 seconds(stirring continuously and not let it burn), add red sauce and boiled pasta

Toss pasta, garnish it with basil sprig and serve hot.
