|250 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Eggless Bake Mix 11 Cakes|
|100 g||Butter (melted)|
|75 ml||Full Cream Milk|
|2 tbsp||Powdered Sugar (30g)|
|2 tbsp||Coconut Powder (30g)|
|4 tbsp||Fresh Cream (60g)|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix bake mix, butter, milk, water and sugar until batter is smooth.
Grease and flour a 7inch dia. baking pan.
To make a ring cake grease and flour the outside of a 2inch metal bowl and place it in the centre of the baking pan.
Pour batter in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Mix coconut powder with fresh cream, spread on cake and serve.
